New Orleans Art Exhibit
In June I was the featured artist of the month at the Louisiana Pizza Kitchen in the Big Easy, right across the street from the French market.
This exhibit featured my fantasy art, including medieval ladies, mermaids, and fairies. I show at the Pizza Kitchen once or twice a year, and this exhibit has been my most successful yet. I sold two 8x10'' and one 36x48" painting!

First of Cecily, congratulations! I have seen some of your paintings on your FB page and they are truly amazing, I love how vibrant the colors that you use are and I can only imagine how incredible these pieces look in real life. My favorite in this series are the mermaids, they are so beautiful and I love the painting has a darkness to it so that the mermaids almost glow with their pale skin. It will really light up the room of whoever takes it home!
